Today I presented my research to the Trickle Up team. I explained the main points of my municipal diagnosis and showed them how they could apply the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approach into their work. It was a long presentation, but I received very good feedback. The team seemed very interested in applying this methodology to their work. I also identified some small changes they could make to generate a significant impact in their work.
I am very grateful for having the opportunity to work with such a fantastic team. They were always available to answer questions, chat and they always involved me in their team meetings and discussions. I learned a lot about their work, the Graduation Approach, and the empowerment of women that live in extreme poverty. With this experience, I realized I want to continue working on women's economic empowerment in Latin America.
